Healthy Alternatives to Soft Drinks

Do you need help with healthy alternatives to soft drinks? I have to share that Cherry Pepsi was my best friend for a very long time I have kicked that habit months ago and have not looked back. I now make every effort to make sure that I drink at least a gallon of water every day.

When drinking water makes it fun. At times it is a mindset when we think plain water is just boring. A few things you can do is, get yourself a water cup or big one that measures your daily water intake. You can find the one I use here. Here are my favorite items I use from Amazon for business and daily life. Again you can add a lot of things to make your water fun. Below I share a few ways to get flavored water.

Ways to Flavor your water

  • I love infusing my water with my favorite fruits. Use whatever fruit you have on hand.
  • Fresh Mint
  • Essential Oils
  • Add your choice of tea
  • My most favorite mango water tablet. It is also a weight suppressant
