In order to have the best detox cleanse for weight lost you have to start with your gut health. I have found the secret sauce to my nightly detox. Along with detox I sleep better and have the daily energy I needed to keep my day going as a busy mom of two.
Now don’t get me wrong you still need to maintain your water intake, make better food choices, and drink less sugary drinks. You can’t expect results and not make any changes.
I have always struggled with my weight for years. I never knew there was something so simple to implement detox cleanse for weight lost. Trying all the things, I finally found something that work as a 3 Step System. In the morning I take my daily green pill of happiness. It gives me the daily energy I need along with some many other benefits,
Now at night is where the detox comes in. Have you ever wondered why it can be hard to lose weight? If your gut is unhealthy it is hard for the body to get rid of the toxins. Therefore, it is hard to get the weight loss that most of us want.
Your gut needs a right balance of gut bacteria to digest your food the right way. It also needs to prevent inflammation. Below are some foods for gut health and weight loss:
- Some natural real cheeses
Bananas: These are good sources of the prebiotic fiber called inulin, which helps good bacteria grow. Two bananas a day are enough to boost your bacteria and reduce bloating.
Leafy Greens: Research shows that leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale have a specific type of sugar that stimulates healthy bacteria’s growth.
Whole Grains: Get at least 25 grams of daily fiber. Unlike other refined carbohydrates such as white bread and pasta, whole grains provide a lot of fiber.
