As a busy mom it can be hard to keep up with all things in your business.
Let me know if you can relate? I use to try to do it all. It became very frustrating.
So I starting taking time to pick one day a week to plan for my weekly content.
How are you planning and saving time in your business? Today I want to share a few tips to help you with some management tips and have relief.
- Make a list of all the things you need to do for your business. I call this brain dump. Try to have a monthly goal of what is needed and work on items weekly.
- Organize and prioritize your list. Look over your items you listed and put them in categories. Perhaps you have upcoming promotions, YouTube videos, and blog deadlines. Whatever it is put them in order of most importance or by due dates.
- Utilize a calendar to plug in your items from your to do list and add them to the calendar. What type of tools do you use to get organized? I love my Trello boards and printable calendar.
- Lastly make sure you take away all distractions to make sure you get your things done. One key hack I recently started was time blocking. It has saved me so much relief when trying to finish up my to do list. Do you time block?
